These Terms govern your use of rhythmos.com.au and related services, including the RhythmOS assessment. This is an Australian-focused draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Services
We provide content, assessment tools, and related insights. We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
3. No professional advice
Assessment outputs are general information only and are not legal, financial, psychological, HR or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using our content or tools.
4. User obligations
- You must provide accurate information when submitting forms or assessments.
- You must not misuse the service, interfere with systems, or attempt unauthorised access.
- You must not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or deceptive content.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, we own or license all rights in website content, branding, methodology and software. You may access and use the site for internal, lawful purposes only.
6. Your content and licence
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, analyse and display that information to provide and improve the service, including domain-level aggregation.
7. Privacy and communications
Our collection and handling of personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. If we send marketing messages, we intend to comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
8. Fees and billing
Some services may currently be free. We may introduce paid features later. If we do, we will provide pricing, billing and cancellation terms before charging you.
9. Third-party services
We may use third-party providers and link to external services. We are not responsible for third-party content, systems or policies.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.
11. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" and "as available" without additional warranties. Our aggregate liability for claims connected with the service is limited to re-supplying the relevant services or paying the cost of doing so, except where law requires otherwise.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or our legal position.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts and courts that can hear appeals from them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
